User's Question

I am 26 years old, working male. Now days I don’t feel like I have achieved something. I always dream that when I will start working I will be having beautiful girlfriend, life will be fantastic etc. However, now I don’t know how to achieve my wish. When I see many colleagues having a girlfriend, I feel jealous. Am I not attractive, or don’t have social skill, or I don’t know how to flirt like them. It's difficult to change my appearance, my behavior. What should I do?

Deer, it is not easy and not pleasant to feel frustrated or disappointed in this early age. You still so young and you have to proceed forward in your career to achieve your life goals. I know you can’t change your appearance, but certainly you can change your behavior and your negative thoughts and beliefs. I strongly suggest you to put in front of your eyes achievable and applicable goals and to start working on them e.g. looking for suitable job to gain money and to start adding valuable change to your life. Try to look for model figures in your surroundings to see how he succeeded in his life or career. Try to work hard on your negative thoughts which consider as a barrier in front of you to proceed forward. Try not to underestimate your positive and strong points in your personality. Avoid dealing with hopeless and frustrated friends, in contrast, joined succeeded individuals to learn from them. Try to talk with yourself in positive and constructive way such as I must change my thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, I am strong person can achieve goals. Talk with trustworthy friends and relative in order to let them encourage you to fulfill your goals and to offer you with the needed advice and instructions when needed. Take wise decision
