I am often anxious about my surroundings, what to do?

I am often disturbed and get anxious about my surroundings. what will happen tomorrow? can I control it? will my peace be disrupted? will I be put to face challenges? these questions disturb me a lot... I am stressed. What can I do to keep myself free from anxiety?

Dear, welcome to ewellness. I can understand. There could be many reasons for your present apprehension, fear and anxiety. Prolonged extreme stress, sudden fear factors, shocks from life events, life threatening illness etc can cause these type of psychological disorders, in which anxiety and fear about surroundings or people will be promenent symptoms. 

 

Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. When a person fears about something now (which may or may not happen in the future) and if he do it repeatedly, it is called anxiety disorder. These fear provoking feelings are called anxiety and it may cause variety of physical symptoms, such as a racing heart, restlessness, helplessness and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others.  While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Dear user, I think you are not strange in your thinking and asking these questions which is happening with almost all humankind around the world. However, not all of them are anxious to this level, it might because you preoccupied more intensively with these questions. Therefore, I strongly recommend you to practice these tips to overcome this situation. Try to relax as much as you can when these questions come to your mind. Try to think in a positive way about tomorrow don’t look into the empty part of the glass. Occupy yourself with some productive activities, practice sport, practice relaxation technique. Try to be active and participate in social activities in your surrounding environment, Try to expend your time with your friends and close family members in most enjoyable events. You can consult an online therapist for further instructions and interventions. Take care
