Colours often depress me a lot. Not all colours. Whenever, I encounter some specific colours, there is a rapid mood change within me. I get angry, sometimes, I get depressed and sometimes demotivated. I know that colours affect our mood, but for me it happens significantly, which I feel is not natural. For e.g. if it is a cloudy and outside the sky is partially grey and white, I feel the most morose situation that can happen is this, as if the world has come to an end, there is no hope and everything is over, usually in such a situation, I lose all energy to get up and work. Again if a raw green colour is worn by someone, I feel disgusted, I don't want to see that person; if there is something very pale in front of me, I feel like vomitting. if I see a grey blue shade in water or things like that, I feel a breathing problem, as if I am trapped and cannot find the way..What is this? Wat can I do to change it?
