I am working woman, and I stay in an appartment sharing with another girl. However, half the year she is on her official tours, hence there is no regular schedule for our daily life activities. Since I am alone in the house, my responsibility is my own, and what generally happens in delayed breakfast, afternoon lunch, sometimes skipping dinner. Some days, due to late night work, I wake up late at 11.30 am in the morning next day, and by the time I finish my morning activities, it is too late for breakfast, and my office work is also at a call. May be I just chew up a pece of bread and sit for work. I have a maid who comes to clean the house and utensils, she cooks a few things for lunch too; but usually I get very late taking the lunch, at around 4-4.30 pm after all my online meetings are over. Can this be a cause for any mental health issue in future?? I already feel a bit lazy, mentally fatigued and stressed. Is it due to this wrong eating habit? How can I better myself?
