Hi everyone.

Being in the presence of some really experienced psychologists I couldn't help but wonder if there are any alternatives to therapy apart from Yoga, meditation, Vipasana, etc. Even though each one of suffers, we know that not all need therapy. Please correct me if I am wrong here.
However, if I am not, please tell me how to decide who is to get therapy? Are there any ground rules, any basis for one to be eligible to get therapy? Does it depend on the severity of the situation, or does it depend on the will of the client/individual?
