Hope you are doing well. It's good that you are concerned about this issue and thank you for bringing this into this forum. I will beg to differ here. According to me only those people are hired who are best suitable for the job or those have the skills which are required or the job. There are so many engineers, lawyers, technicians etc are under-employed( not getting adequate amount of salary). I think skills matter, degree is with most of people but the level of degrees are different, some are more technical and some are basic. People with higher degree are employed because they have more skills and specialisation in comparison to basic degree holders. The world lack resources so only the best/fittest will get the seat or position and for that skills are required. People with skills which match the job are hired regardless of age, gender, race, ethinicity.

Now coming back to your question, yes people with basic degree holders can get a job but they have to polish themselves and make themselves skilled, by doing some professional certificate courses.  People should identify what are their strenghts and should find a job regarding their strengths and make themselves skilled so that they can avail the opportunity.

Each person can get a job if they know where they have to work and what they to work and what skills are required for that.

    Hope this will help.

Hope you are doing well. I can clearly understand about your concern. Nowadays not everyone gets job. Everyone is running for their basic needs and also settle in their life. Everyone has some unique talent, they should realize it and can survive with that talent. Not education always help us to get a job. If a person who is uneducated can draw really fantastic, can become an artist and can earn. Even Tendulkar have failed in his 10th exams, his passion is cricket. He ran for that, and now even a child knows his name. so, talent is the basic need for a job or to earn money rather than education.

Also, education is important to know about the real social life, people should have some awareness and strength to build their own life of being independent.  Everyone should run for their whole life, no one will eat for us, sleep for us. If we should live the life better, we should run for it.

    Hope, it helps you!!

    Take Care :)

Hey there! Hope you are doing well.I appreciate your concern for others.

You have a precise question which deserves a very precise answer. Education had been started with the purpose of making the dull and idle life of people meaningful. It did not begin to make people earn a living but sadly from the ages of Rigveda up till this century,we have interpreted the meaning of it so differently. Now,people seek education for a living only. There are so many people who have different interests but instead adapt to various subjects so that they are able to secure a job which shall furthur secure supposedly better things for them in life. This is the sad part to the story.

Now coming to the question of basic education and the people being deprived of basic respect after it.Here,we must not blame anybody for.Nobody can be at fault. The problem is that the market and education graphs and research predict that people with specializations have increased so much in number that the employers also do not have a choice but to hire more qualified people. For instance,an MBA and a market graduate go for a job.So the employer will also hire the MBA because he is more qualified. So it is not anybody's fault but that there are so many people who want a job but less jobs available.
