How to not get distracted?

    Hey there! 

    Yes, it's absolutely okay to get distracted at times. You can't control everything, you don't have to. Just let things be. Don't overthink everything. 

    We are humans only. We seek love and care from people. It's biological to have urges and to satisfy them is also important. Don't deny or ignore these urges, fulfill it and love a happy life otherwise you might stay frustrated. 

    Distractions become a problem when they start impacting all spheres of your life. When you can't function well or balance things. Don't let these urges get the better of you or control you, you must have control over these urges. You must manage it well and know how to control it or manipulate it. 

    These urges are very hormonal. You never know when you are going to be severely impacted, I suggest that as soon as you lose track of your distraction, you indulge into some hobby to channelise your energy into a better things instead of the opposite gender.
