We all talk about procastination. Sometimes we associate it as a part of our daily lives. But what is Procastination? How can it affect us socially and psychologically? Can it adversely affect our mental health? I think it does. Long time procastination, or thinking over, leads to a depressive state of mind, which we are unconscious of. But I have lot more to know about it. Can anyone share their experience?
