2. Take ME time out in a day.
3. Start counting 1-10 daily at a time. Increase the counts to 20.
4. Do your best, and instead of aiming for perfection, celebrate that you have gone close to it.
5. Identify the triggers of anxiety, to deal with them.
6. Eat well balanced meal and have good sleep.
