We care our children with so much love and care. Protect them, listen to them; but when they face real world, they get confused they are unable to understand that outside world is not that much caring. When they are young we don't even tell them about bad people. How to teach/guide them to deal with outside world reasonably ok.

Dear, this is the area where parents or caregivers will be able to do minimum. The moment the children start going to school, they are in the society's hands. School, children, teachers, maids, driver, helper, friends like many influence the child. At home after school, children will be having homeork, to study etc. In fact, in a day, a parent may get around one hour with the child. That is not enough at all to make the child ready for the real world.

But you must understand, teaching with examples seldom works. Learning from experiences work. Let your children learn themselves. I suggest you to create circumstances in which the child learns values. Send them out to interact with others and ask them to narrate every episode. Appreciate their good deeds with rewards. If there were any wrong behavior patterns, don't punish, tell them they should try to rectify and if they do, they will be rewarded suitably.

We will try impart our value education to our child in a positive way, motivate them to learn. That is all we can do. Rest the child learns itself.
