Whenever I feel depressed I listen sad songs . These songs gives me feeling of relaxation.  I feel that the person who is singing that sad song can understand my feelings and situation, so I find some connectivity there. My loved one does not like these kind of songs, so she is unable to enjoy my company. Please advice me how should I overcome this situation?

Hope you are doing well. I can clearly understand about your concern.  Every one will come across this type of thoughts at  some situation. It’s a nature in every one’s life. When we feel more depressed we need some one who can make us comfort. When we listen some music we really feel good, and think us we have some companion to cope up our depression. I also strongly agree your statement of finding some connectivity of sad son and life.

When I feel so depressed, I listen some sad and motivational songs which can give me really a great energy and enthusiasm to start my work again. But my brother always thinks like I am creating scene and says that, “ How can you get refreshed by just listening songs?”.  Some people will never understand our situation we come across, so we should just leave those people as a passing clouds.

If you feel sad of your loved ones, you can just make some adjustments. You can here those songs in head sets which can never disturb them and make them feel discomfort.

     Hope it helps you!!!

    Take Care :)

Dear, don;t worry. Everyone has their own personality, attitude, aptitude, skills, likings etc. You cannot force anything on to another person or any other person cannot force anything on you. When circumstances warrants, everyone accepts what is inevitable and unavoidable. Just do what ever you are doing and enjoy it. When your loved ne come and stay together with you, she will also like these, at least should accept your requirements. Take care.
