    Hello dear,

It is most obvious thing that happens to a boy at this age. This is the age where sexual hormones grow up. Boys are often more interested in sex at this age.

So don't you worry about that you think so much. Everyone thinks. But you should keep control on it. I can give you some tips to  control it.

Do things you are interested in: you know the time when you think about all this stuff it consumes time. So you can try to find a field of interest and start doing immediately whenever the thought about sex come in your mind because both are gonna consume your time but by this you will learn something it can be anything like playing guitar or anything you want. If you will keep this in your mind all the time then this will definitely work.

You can spend most of your time  in saying bad words about porn while watching porn. This will decrease your interest in porn.

This one is little bit tough.  You can try yoga in the morning.

If you really want to get rid of it then there are not more optionsit is all about your will power.

Dear, you mentioned that you are 16 year old which means that you are at the beginning of puberty age. Normally at this age both sex males and females are interested in sex which consider very convenient to this developmental age group. During this period, many physical and sexual characteristics are starting to appear in both sex e.g. in male we can be note the harsh voice, the body hair around genital areas, the production of semen fluid, the body mussels....and other characteristics. In female, the monthly menstruations, breast size, fine voice and so on. Therefore, don’t be worry about what you are thinking about sex. However it is very curtail not to occupy yourself with sex so much because this will not be healthy if it withdraw you from the other life daily routine. I strongly recommend you to organize your time and use it appropriately in different productive ways e.g. engage yourself in sport, social activities, studying, peer activities, trips and so on. Regarding secretly watching girls, it might be normal to certain level. Bu I propose to train yourself to decrease this habit and decrease watching porn as much as you can by searching other alternatives to these habit by practicing the above mentioned behaviors. Take Care

    Hey there

Sixteen is the age of puberty, it is a stage when you become sexually mature. At this stage difference can be seen in your vocal, masculine, hair and hormonal change and simultaneously everyone gets curious about intercourse. And that curiosity leads them to X-rated sites. It is quite natural and alright to be curious and get involved in self-stimulation.

As it is the age and the very first time that you have experienced it, your cognition will tend to revolve around it. And why do you tend to think and dream about it all the time? Because of the fantasies and sheer curiosity. It is fine to read and watch porn. But they are just fantasies, nothing more nothing less. So, don't let those fantasies derange your social and academic life.

Here's how you can regulate the tendencies

    • Regular Physical Exercise
    • Extra-curricular (music, dance and others)
    • Proper time table
    • Gradual reduction in watching and reading porn (or) restricted watching
    • Meditation and Yoga

Do not worry this stage will come to pass, and you will probably smirk while retrospecting in the future about this conversation. Focus on your academics, future and life.

    Best Wishes.
