I don't know why, but after speaking for a couple of minutes with someone, I feel extremely tired, I do not want to continue the running conversation, and I cannot control my real thoughts, I express it, that I am dejected and irritated with the person and the conversational situation. This creates a very bad social situation quite often. What can I do to avoid it? Please suggest some solutions so that my behaviour appears more social and friendly.

Dear user. Please understand You are YOU. You have to observe yourself more. According to your profession or career, are you able to express your points? Expression of points not necessarily mean long sentences and speech. The expression should always be to the point and effective. Are your expression effective?

Different people behave differently in social situation or in public. In your case, you may speak more with your long term friends and accomplices, at the same time talk less with people whom you met yesterday. You may speak well with shop keepers when you go shopping and speak less when you encounter girls. All these behavior patterns are YOURS. These behavior patterns make your personality and that personality is unique YOU.

Therefore don't worry. I suggest you personality development course. Feel free to contact me. Take care.
