These days, I am getting too much bothered about my weight and about getting fat.

I was never too fat, in fact a few years back I was extremely thin. I have been a dancer, a martial arts practitioner, hence I never cared differently for my health. But these days, I am a bit too worried with my weight, especially the fact, that I am getting fat, (more than what I had previously), this is troubling me a lot. I am over anxious that my custom maid clothes are getting tight. I am sometimes frustrated that tedious workouts (which is causing a lot of sweat) is not giving significant reduction so quick. Is this botheration normal? what can I do to help myself?

Dear User welcome to ewellness expert, It is sometimes very upset to feel that you gain weight more than the normal range, mainly if this overweight is note to other surrounding people. Also, it is very crucial to know whether your weight is increasing regularly even under the physical and behavioral efforts you are doing to decrease your body weight. Anyway, I can recommend you think about these things. Try to decrease your intensive attention to your body weight so much. Try to know what the ideal body weight is regarding the chronological age in order to be quite sure if you are present at the normal or abnormal body weight. Try your best to have a plan of healthy diet, daily sport and exercise. You can consult somebody have experience in this regard to help you working on your plans to achieve the ideal body weight appropriate to your age and circumstances.  Lastly, you can consult an online therapist for more interventions and instructions.
