I was never too fat, in fact a few years back I was extremely thin. I have been a dancer, a martial arts practitioner, hence I never cared differently for my health. But these days, I am a bit too worried with my weight, especially the fact, that I am getting fat, (more than what I had previously), this is troubling me a lot. I am over anxious that my custom maid clothes are getting tight. I am sometimes frustrated that tedious workouts (which is causing a lot of sweat) is not giving significant reduction so quick. Is this botheration normal? what can I do to help myself?
