I am always unhappy these days.

Its been months, I don't like to go out of the house, except for work. I prefer to spend sitting. I am unhappy, I don't like friends or relatives, I don't like talking much. I am just upset. I don't even like reading or watching much of television.

I am just upset and I don't know why.... What is happening to me? what should I do?

    Dear User, It seems that you are passing a very difficult days. What you mentioned in your message is very worrying and need to treat as soon as possible. I can understand that you are passing depression period which needs immediate actions. I strongly recommend the following steps. Don’t stay alone at home so long time. Try to use your time in the most effective way with some trustworthy people around you even if you don’t like to interact with people these days. Try to share your surrounding environments with their social activities to encourage yourself to change your stuck daily life.  Try to add some notable value to your daily life routine. Don’t try to take any not prescribed medications. Take care of your food intake and your sleep pattern.
