I am being absent minded quite often these days, could it be a mental health issue?

Hi,

 

I have never been a forgetful person, in fact people said I have sharp memory to remember details, but these days I find I am forgetting things oftener. My working hours are from 9am-8pm. I do take a couple of tution classes as well. Last day I left to boil some lentils in the microwave and completely forgot about it, when I returned to the kitchen, I heard the rotating sound and remembered about it, when it was completely dry. 

I left my keys on the floor and dumped some clothes on that, and then I could not find it while going out, so I got late for my appointment.

Several such things are reoccuring, I don't know what is the problem..

    Dear User I think you don’t have a very bizarre behavior or thought, many people have the same experiences. These things might happen to you as a result of life burden and life stresses. As I understood from your message you are working more that 12 hours daily, which means that you are exhausting yourself in the work.  I strongly recommend you to rethink about your daily life routine. Don’t exhaust yourself so much, even if you have double salary. Try to find some free time to enjoy your life. Share with your friends and your family members their social life events. Try to concentrate on your actions to be in your direct attention not in the submarginal. I suggest to consult an online therapist for further instructions and interventions. Take Care.

    Hi!!

    Hope you are doing well.It is a common situation arises in everyone's life.Being forgotten is not a big issue to be in sad.It can be completely analyzed and recovered by the step by step process.I can hereby suggest you something to rid from this.

      1.Make sure of the things whenever you leave from home or from work places.It takes just only 5-6 mins to check the things,rather than feeling in sad you can prevent it from before it happens.

      2.Paste some notes or memos in your home and work places so that when you forget something  you an remember by seeing that.

     3.Make your mind and soul in peace.Listen some classical musics and take a walk.Make time for friends for fun and laughter.keep stress in limit.Eat brain boosting food.Give your brain a workout.
