Is it Panic attack?

Woke up suddenly with fear of moving heart was racing struggling to breath, once I was able to sit up heart rate was 110BPM shaking really bad scared out my mind embarrassed to collaborate help again after a panic attack day before yesterday please help I'm 26 and afraid.

    Hry, first of all sorry for the tardy reply but you really need to take a deep breath and relax. I understand that such attacks trouble you not just in professional but in your personal life too but you need not be embarassed about them.

    Here are some tips for tackling panic attacks-

    1) Meditation and deep breathing

    2) Recognize that it is only a panic and not a heart attack

    3) Close your eyes and practice mindfulness

    4) Find a focus

    5) Use muscle relaxation techniques

    6) Picture your happy place

    7) Take prescribed medicines

    8) eek professional help
