    Hey

Most of us aren’t professional musicians, but listening to music can still enhance your work performance.

Listening to music at work can make you a happier, more productive employee, especially if it’s music you’ve chosen.

Office workers allowed to listen to their preferred choice of music complete tasks more quickly and come up with better ideas than those who have no control over their musical choices.

Science has now proven what music lovers already know, that listening to upbeat music can improve your mood. Listening and playing music reduces chronic stress by lowering the stress hormone cortisol.

Music can make you feel more hopeful, powerful, and in control of your life. Listening to sad music has its benefits too. If you are going through a tough time, listening to sad music is cathartic. It can help you get in touch with your emotions to help you heal.

    Hi!!!

Hope you are doing well. I can clearly understand about your concern.  If you love to listen music then you have a good company in your life. Some researches prove that while listening to music large amount of dopamine which is the type of neurotransmitter makes us to “feel-good”. When we listen to some good music for more than 15 minutes, a large amounts of dopamine are released which biologically cause us to feel emotions like happiness, excitement, and joy. If you listen to songs that inspire you then it will enhance your running performance.

Listening to music decrease levels of stress hormone cortisol in our body. Some study shown that if people actively participated in listening to music and also making music by various instruments and singing, their immune system was boosted more than if they passively listened. Also it enhances you to sleep better and reduces your depression. Some researches  also shown that if you try to curb appetite, try dimming lights and listen to some soft music, it will really help you to enjoy the music more than your meals. It strengthens you to learn and memorize more.  It increase your IQ, keeps your brain healthy in old age, and reduces your pain.

    Hope, it helps you!!

    Take Care  :)

    Hello there!

    Hope you are doing well.

We often experience instances when we feel lonely, sad or anti-social,music comes to the rescue. It has the healing power to alter our mood,no matter how bad our mood is.It is normal to get confused in the power of music if you are not very much involved in it. Once you get addicted,or hooked on to it,you will also realize how magical it is. There are so many different types of genre available that you actually get everything according to your mood. If you are feeling sad,you have so much motivational music available that you can listen to it to lighten your mood.If you feel happy, you can actually let your emotions flow out through peppy songs and even dance numbers. When we feel nostalgic or get deep into thinking about philosophy or likewise we have so much available in that genre that we can vent our emotions out there as well.

It will be hard for you to understand the power and influence of music.Once you start listening to it and devote considerable amount of time to listening and exploring music and discover your favorite genre, you shall always relate to music for anything.Try it,it will be a nice experience.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello.

I really like your question as how we listen to music and how it really uplifts our mood. Music is something that we all listen everytime either on our mobile or youtube or FM radio daily, i think what really makes us happy is the rythm and the beats. Also if we see it scientifically, researches found that music releases a chemical called dopamine in the brain which gives us a pleasurable feeling. You might notice that if we are sad and we listen to music we pay a lot of attention on the words and assosiate are feelings with it. It helps us because it is something that we can relate are emotions with.

Music is the most influencial coping mechanism used to deal with stress.Music destracts our attention from all the negative things that are around us. when we listen to it we enjoy the atmosphere  created by it. Researchers have also found that the upbeats in the music uplifts are mood. some lyrics in the songs are so empowering that it influences us to see the world differently. According to me these are some of the reason as to why we listen to music all the time.

    Thankyou.
