    Ever had that feeling that you were extremely overwhelmed? That you were at your wits end and everything seemed too much to bear? That is exactly how individuals with mental disorder feel every single day. Their illness takes so much from them -mentally, physically and emotionally that they are left drained.

    If you are someone or know someone with a mental illness, do not lose hope in the face of adversity. Believe in yourself and tell yourself, yes I can, yes I can overcome anything, and watch yourself flourish. Self-motivation works wonders. Repeat it till you believe it and you become it!

    Being Happy Never Goes Out Of Style


    Things may go in and out of fashion, trends may come and go, but a smile is a style that will go a long mile. (Yes, rhyme fully intended.)

    Don't forget that no matter what you wear, where you go, how you behave, with whom you speak, the one thing that will stay constant is your positivity. Never underestimate the impression your happiness will make on others so never fear to spread some cheer. (Wow, we're really exhausting our poetic skills today, aren't we?)

    So as cliché as it sounds, don't worry and be happy. There's nothing else you'd rather be.

    Anyone Who Takes The Time To Be Kind Is Beautiful


    Kindness is such an integral trait - why is it that it is so often underestimated? 

    Kindness can make or break a situation, a friendship, a relationship - a life. The famous phrase "give and you shall receive" applies here more than it applies anywhere. Give kindness and it will come back to you. 

    I read something somewhere that said a true test of kindness is how kind we can be to someone even when we ourselves are tired or angry or not having a good day. I think that's so important, because kindness shouldn't be limited to the few days that we're feelinf, good, charitable, generous - it should be naturally spread over our activities, our behaviour, everyday.
