    A trained counseling psychologist and an Neuro-Linguistic Programming certified therapy practitioner, Parmeet Manchanda has worked extensively with people from diverse backgrounds and profiles. Her basic belief is that each person has the inherent capacity and strength to face life’s challenges and a “basic tendency and striving- to actualize, maintain and enhance the experiencing organism” (Carl Rogers). In this way, the client and the coach are equal partners in the journey- in the workshop and the counseling spaces. She has consistently invested in her skills and knowledge by certifying in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, training in Transactional Analysis and participating in workshops on gender diversity, Enneagram, sexual abuse, parenting skills, grief therapy, among others. All of these help in her ability to empathize, develop a keener understanding of human behavior, and gain technical skills that facilitate therapy with clients. She was presented with her Masters of Science in Management Psychology from University of Nottingham, U.K. and completed her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Delhi University.
